KIDS CORNER
Children love to be involved, and a part of the
decisions when it comes to food.
We've set aside one day of the week...where we let the
kids plan a healthy menu and serve us.
Of course for the younger ones ...
you can assist and be their helper in the kitchen.
Somtimes it's true, they may make more of a mess...
remind them ...part of cooking is cleaning up afterwards...
cleaning can be creative and fun too....
these little ones may surprise you.

To get the kids to eat healthy...
.try giving them 3 or 4 healthy choices to choose
for a snack...if they make the choice...
they will be more likely to eat it.

Get the kids to show you their favorite
exercise and do it with them.
Make this a fun habit at least twice a week.
It's good for them and you too.
